Meadowlands In Calabash NC

Meadowlands Community and Golf Course
In Calabash, North Carolina

Real estate for sale in Meadowlands is available in the original community of custom built homes which is surrounded by the golf course and in the section called Savanna Lakes where the national builder Centex (Pulte) is building new homes.

In the custom home area of Meadowlands there are still a few single family home lots available for sale and there is no time limit to build.  In the Savanna Lakes section lots are sold as a lot/home and they build the home when the package is purchased.

Meadowlands is only minutes from North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina so you get the best of both worlds as your home would be in a country type atmosphere while you are close to all that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer.

Spring Arrives In Myrtle Beach SC

When March came to an end the pear trees were in full bloom.

On March 10th I took this picture of the first signs of Spring in the Myrtle Beach area. Within the next few weeks all the beautiful blooming colors of Spring will be out in all their glory.

Just in case you didn't know what makes the Myrtle Beach area such a great place to live. We have all four seasons. Snow may even fall every five to ten years but since it melts within hours we run out to take pictures to prove it really happened.

If you look in the middle of the picture you will see the flag on the golf course in North Myrtle Beach. Later that same day all the snow was gone.

Snow or Sand In Myrtle Beach

I remember why we decided to move from Maryland to Myrtle Beach. February 6, 2010 two feet of snow where we used to live but sunshine and fifty degrees where we live now.
